This filthy piece or sh*t is one of the most despicable excuses for a human being you will ever be likely to come across.

He recently tried to use the Swindon County Court to sue us on behalf of some disgusting lying neighbours from hell.

He lied and incompetently tried to bring a case against myself and others without even telling us what breaches in law we were supposed to have committed.

The OLD BOY network in the local courts then kicked in and we were not allowed to appeal. But we did.

Then a despicable Judge from Winchester called Hughes refused us leave to appeal. We paid £150 to have our case heard and this idiot says that as we were litigants in person he didn’t think we had a defence and therefore summarily dismisses our request to be allowed to appeal.

Talk about wobbly handshakes and rolled up trouser legs!

Now I’m pissed off so I pay even more money and appeal his negligence. But now I get a top barrister from the Bar Pro Bono. I need a little help against these gangster thugs.

The crap Judge now backs up faster than a rat up a drain pipe.

I get the right to appeal and the order states this case should be dropped.

But this crooked lawyer still thinks the Old Boy rubbish is going to help him, but it can’t, he is now in deep sh*t.

Worried about the costs implications he now looks for a way out, "like would you allow me to change the case" Like Fukc we will.

It was also pointed out to this fool that he hadn’t used the correct form to bring the case, and as we all know (except him) that’s it’s an N244.

He then proceeds to not answer any questions or reply to any letters, this causes us all to have to continue to defend ourselves against these rubbish allegations for a further 12mths.

During this time he lied to our Barrister, telling him the case wasn’t his and that it was another solicitor's case who had retired. This was a lie as we have documents signed by the liar on the wrong court papers he tried to use.

Finally he decides there’s nothing he can do and so on behalf of his foolish clients he concedes and we are awarded costs. He contends these for a further 12 months and finally he was told to pay us nearly 4K. But the deadline to pay has passed and once again he has refused to obey a court order.

AND THAT'S WHY HE GETS A SPECIAL MENTION ON THESE WEB PAGES
