This story is completely untrue and the facts are inaccurate. The writer was not a client of mine. I believe he may have sponsored a case but the clients gave instructions, further I also am obligated to follow the directions of the court not mislead the court. Personally and ethically I can never take actions that may harm my client’s position.

Where there is a difference of opinion, conflict or an element that may endanger my clients, I advise them and try to proceed with the client’s instructions. However, where that is not possible I stop acting especially if the client acts contrary to my advice- this is to prevent professional embarrassment.

I did attend court on a number of occasions however this matter involves children as such I will not discuss the facts of the case.

The allegations are wholly untrue. Unfortunately you may please everyone, and no matter how good or hard you may fight for someone they may still complain

I have had dealings with Obaseki Solicitors and I can voice the fact they are a professional law firm with a dedicated team.

When people put fake accusations on the net like cowards to try and harm a legitimate law firm or any business it just goes to show that there really are some vindictive sad psychos out there!

Jennifer Obaseki must tell us why she did not return the money and not hide behind the fact that children are involved. Give us some facts to justify why the money was not returned. Was the £3,500 used up and if so on what?

THE FACT IS THAT Jennifer took my £3500 in two installments promising she would go to court and fight for her clients (my friends the Musas). She never turned up but she kept my money!
She never attended court even once AFTER taking my cash; To mention my loss and her gain hardly makes me a psycho. She took instructions (and my cash) from me in HER office after a thorough 2 hour discussion of the case; so what did she do with the money? She claims "ethically" that she would never harm her clients but look what she did to the Musas who lost their children largely thanks to her not turning up at the fact finding despite her promises made to me before I paid her!

I know that Obaseki Solicitors are some of the best Solicitors. I have had dealings with them and I was surprised to see this site. I have also seen that the owner of this site has lied about various other good solicitors, I wonder how he sleeps at night. I have seen the claim form and judgement by the court against this wicked person and wonder why the law does not get such people in prison, locked up for life. you should be banished .

Denise and also Darren. Just read the facts in what I say as none are disputed. After discussing the case with me for 2 hours in her London offices, Jennifer took my cash and a few days later a second installment. Jennifer took my £3500 and never turned up in court. How can she be "one of the best solicitor" Denise? She took all that cash and never turned up in court. Was that honest Darren and really the action of a "dedicated team" "Dedicated" to collecting fees and then not turning up in court..; She does not deny the facts ...!

I know Ian Josephs to be a man of integrity, who spends his own money fighting injustices committed by corrupt social workers against vulnerable families.

Sadly, the legal profession is happy to take "bungs" to ignore crimes committed by the authorites against people like the Musas.

I ask myself what sort of people would make false public statements against him?
