Well, this site is coming along just fine and I make no apologies for this listing for another bunch of libel fools.

Now remember - Rick Kordowski said that the listings on his site were in the public interest. Well I happen to believe that he was right overall. However, there is absolutely no doubt whatsover that the listings about solicitors and the way they treat unrepresented parties is in the public interest.

Let me explain. If publicity is generated, next time the solicitors will stop and think before taking forward spurious claims. Other solicitors will also think hard. In turn that will protect the general public and corporations (such as the BBC) against mass legal actions as we have seen conducted by the likes of Addleshaw Goddard, Edwin Coe and the file sharer law firms such as Davenport Lyons and ACS Law.

Anyway - there is no suggestion that the law firm featured next have operated on the same scale as the others. However, what the hell were they playing at by taking on a libel and slander case by a director of a company suing a shareholder? The shareholder was sued because he stood up at a shareholders meeting in front of half a dozen onlookers and slagged off the director concerned.

54. I consider the claims in these proceedings to be totally without merit. Pursuant to CPR 3.4(6) I am required to record this fact.


As I say, probably this law firm is O.K overall but I view this action as a serious failure which it can learn from and hence protect others from vexatious litigation. Solicitors need to THINK before they take on a case.

Desmond Hudson might not think this listing is in the public interest. Well, if he disagrees with my justification for saying it is he can damn well come on here and reply.
