Mrs Justice Sharp

With the Leveson Inquiry into Press standards and ethics going on in the very establishment in which she sits I am amazed that Mrs Justice Sharp has the nerve to side against the Complainant after reading the kind of racist diatribe that comes from the Norwegian press - all highlighted norwayuncovered.com. The kind of stuff that the Norwegian press printed on Muslims was not dissimilar to the Nazi press rants against Jews in the 1930's.

Mrs Justice Sharp needs a psychiatrist herself.

What a cheap, filthy, humiliating trick this wretched judge Mrs Sharp has played on this solicitor. Up to the Breivik killings few of us in the UK took any interest whatsoever in Norwegian affairs. This solicitor is clearly an expert on Norwegian legal and social matters and his website, full to bursting, clearly shows it. He has certainly put their dirty washing on display and obviously got to them. Anyone who reads the site will see he is a man of real commitment. The Norwegians are total twats, thick as two short planks and as deceitful as they come. No wonder they spawn the likes of Breivik!

The solicitor's main focus was on a registered Norwegian mental patient whose own psychiatrist said she had been abused by most of her own family. She looks like a total looney from her life history, yet I see the Norwegian courts allowed her to say, unchallenged, that the solicitor was in effect a lunatic and abuser himself. They did not allow him to cross-examine her evidence as she was mentally unfit! Yet the Norwegian judge declares all she said as true - on unexplained grounds. (Read: We are Norwegian and we will not let a Muslim beat us at home, come hell or high water).

But what totally destroys the Norwegian credibility is the fact that a Norwegian police officer says the solicitor has himself been a patient in a mental hospital for 2 years. She gives this evidence on behalf of the Norwegian registered mental patient. The sickest lie. Oh what a co-incidence! If we can't get him legally we'll get him mentally, eh? Pull the other one Nordic nutters! I can see that the solicitor has never been in a mental hospital and I can quite appreciate his litigating here. Doing it all on his own.

What is sick beyond words is the fact that Mrs Justice Sharp, for reasons best known to herself, just cuts and pastes the Norwegian judgements into her own judgement and leaves it really ambiguous as to whether this solicitor has or has not been incarcerated by his own mother in a mental hospital - in spite of the categorical evidence provided to her that he has never been a patient at any time. Would Mrs Sharp allow a Norwegian mental patient to give evidence in her court totally unchallenged? No. Would she let in the evidence without its maker being subjected to to cross-examinination? No. So why stay silent when the Norwegians do it? Under orders were we? As the Norwegian police officer has blatantly lied in the foulest of ways then it is the solicitor's right to have a go - his forebearance for 11 years was remarkable.

Sharp is easy to see through. She is a total sh*t and all her years at the Bar mean nothing if she can do this.

Sharp knows all the tricks of her trade. She clearly shows her own hatred for the Claimant though. And betrays her lack of knowledge of the internet with a couple of major blunders: the 'Translate this page' link is still there on the article and Roy Hansen was responsible for the link, not Google. But Sharp also took full advantage of the racist agenda the Norwegians presented her with under the guise of following a foreign judgement.

About as skilful a sleight of hand as I have seen from a judge. She knew exactly what she was doing, apart from her internet mistakes.

This sockpuppeting would be laughable if it wasn't so sad for Ms Sorte....

At last...a response from Mrs Justice Sharp, or rather one of her proxy's at the RCJ. Clearly the matter is getting to the lame Dame. And this is a forlorn reply - from someone on her behalf as it is certainly not a response from a disinterested member of the public. Too detailed it is.

What Sharp's proxy fails to inform us about is the outrageous fabrication FROM Torill Sorte that the solicitor [....] has been a patient in a mental hospital. For two years. No wonder the dude finally lost his temper with this crooked policewoman. She is a liar and she is corrupt. Moreover it was Heidi Schøne who was a patient in a mental hospital.

Sorte is a nasty piece of work. To call a bent police official a "f*****g piece of Norwegian sh*t" or whatever after taking so much mental abuse from her is perfectly natural. Hardly harassment. Boris Johnson did it only the other day when he called Ken Livingstone a "f*****g liar". Mrs Justice Sharp has iniquitous motives.
